- Cardiac coherence combines breathing exercises and light. Inhale and exhale as the light gets brigther then dimmer. You will relax and fall asleep faster.
- The sunset mode uses orange hues which evolve to a warm red to help you fall asleep softly.

Personalize the light atmosphere in your bedroom according to your desires, choosing among 16 million colours available in your Dreamer.
Convenient and mobile
Dreamer is operating on rechargeable battery (USB cable included). With only 80 minutes of charging, the battery life is approximately 8 sleep cycles (160 minutes). And, thanks to its compact design, you can bring it everywhere with you !
Dreamer's touch sensitive interfaces make it very easy to use. To launch the desired programme, you just have to touch the associated button.

It offers two sleeping modes, both using red light (unlike other colours such as blue light - red light does not block the secretion of melatonin, the sleep hormon).
Cardiac coherence (duration: 15 minutes): Breathing exercises are known to facilitate relaxation and fight against stress. By acting favourably on your heart rate, these exercises naturally lead you to a sleep state. Inhale as the red light gets brighter and exhale as it dims. You will relax and be in good conditions to fall asleep.
Sunset (duration: 20 minutes): Orange hues gradually evolve to a warm red to help you fall asleep softly.
Ambient light : you can use Dreamer to create a personalized light atmosphere in your bedroom (you can choose among 16 million of colours), or to provide light at night time.
