To meet today's thermal protection regulations and low-energy standards, professionals have to use increasingly thick and dense insulating materials. The thicker and more dense the material, the more tiring is the cutting operation for the professional and the less accurate are the cuts.

The blade S 2013 AWP is extra wide and long, and therefore designed for cutting thick and dense fiber insulation materials.
