Power Rack offers the possibility of chin ups/hanging. With the flat-crooked bench, the stand can be used for bench pressing and diagonal bench pressing. This Power Rack doesn′t necessarily need to be anchored to the floor, as the stable bar on the back keeps the frame stable and sturdy during training.
