Article description
The Einhell TC-BD 450 bench drill is a precision tool for special demands: A pillar drill enables holes to be drilled in workpieces made of wood or metal with pin-point accuracy. An output of 450 W and 5 speed settings to suit all materials form the basis for precision drilling jobs. For fast and exact results there is an adjustable depth stop. The maximum drilling depth is 50 mm. This pillar drill features a robust ring gear chuck that can take the most common drill bit sizes. The drill spindle with ball bearings results in long-lasting and easy use. For variability this pillar drill comes with an infinitely height-adjustable drill table . It is also possible to rotate and tilt the drill table. A welcome feature for applying pressure exactly is the rubberized, three-arm capstan. For safety during use there is a folding chip guard, and the On/Off switch with zero-voltage release function prevents the machine from starting up again unintentionally after a power failure.
